These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Mounera. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Products and pricing

We do our best to display products, colours and prices accurately. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a pricing or product error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any affected order.

Orders

Once you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy. Please read these before ordering.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — is owned by Mounera and may not be copied or reused without permission.
