We want you to love your Mounera hairline powder. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

Change of mind

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. To start a return, email us at support@mounera.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Wrong shade or not your match

If the shade you received isn't the right match, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free shade swap where available.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
