Shipping Policy

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We ship Australia-wide with free, tracked delivery on every order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days across Australia once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, remote delivery areas or peak periods.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracked delivery. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.

If your order is delayed or doesn't arrive

If your tracking hasn't updated, your parcel is running late, or it hasn't arrived, please email us at contact@mounera.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is genuinely lost, we'll resend your order or provide a full refund. You're always covered.
