We want you to be completely happy with your Mounera GripLock. Every order is backed by our 30-day "Stays-Put" Guarantee, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
30-Day "Stays-Put" Guarantee
If your GripLock doesn't hold the way you expected, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email us — no complicated hoops.
Return conditions
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The product is returned in a resellable condition and has not been damaged through misuse.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is provided.
How to request a return or refund
Email contact@mounera.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with the next steps. Where a physical return is required, we'll provide the return address.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim is approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the funds.
Faulty, damaged or lost items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or your parcel is lost in transit, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Contact us and we'll make it right.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
